We are retained by a number of clients who wish to grow by merger or acquisition. As a result, when we find a firm for sale it is almost always becuase we have identified them for a specific client we are working with.

From time to time we also get approached by practitioners who wish to exit public accounting, but for whatever reason, we do not have a buyer for them.

We used to list all the firms we had for sale here, but now we do not do this as every firm we know that is considering a sale right now is speaking to a specific client of ours.
