primarily to owner-managed businesses and professionals.

opportunities for mergers with smaller firms, up to $4 million

straegic plan for growth by acquisition.

is a class outfit with a 'brand name' in their marketplace
offering a wide range of synergies and economies of scale.

Toronto - Sheppard/404 Area - $200k to $1million in fees
Up to
$1million in fee income? My client is a class-act, well established
practice with an excellent reputation and first-class connections.
They seek growth by acquisition of upto $1million in fees,
but an absolute mininmum of $200k.

have a sound reputation, an excellent client base, and seek
an exit route in 2 to 3 years time, then this could be the

Funding
is available for an initial payment with the balance over

of a small practice or block of quality fees. Great retirement

would look at bigger deals, up to $1 Million in value for
the right mix of clients.
